Game is fun. Updates cause more problems (lost my first profile, cards disappear, screen locks up) and confusion than actually enhancing game play. Customer service is a joke. They ask you to explain everything 2-3 times, want screen shots of things, want you to provide all your account info that they should be able to look up, then they say something like "sorry that happened, we will work on it so It doesnt happen again in the future" and thats about it. They either need to leave it alone and stop trying to make it better, or work on their customer support.
